Now hiring: we are hiring a sausage maker in Kalimpong, West Bengal. Your main tasks: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Ideally you have 2+ years experience working as a butcher; clean, presentable and friendly at the counter.
