Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Teungo, Adamawa State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₦265,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
