Immediate opening: pastry baker (Oklahoma)

Now hiring: we are hiring a pastry baker in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. You will work at a busy bakery. The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker 3+ years on the tools preferred.
