Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
