Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Yusufari, Yobe State. You will work in a bread factory. Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
