Short order cook — McLean County

Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in McLean County, Illinois. You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Full-time with occasional weekends.
