Captain waiter wanted in Walker County

Join our team: we are hiring a captain waiter in Walker County, Alabama. You will work in a quick-service restaurant. You will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; check back during the meal and handle special requests; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
