Prep cook wanted in Sutton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Sutton County, Texas. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Full-time, day shift.
