Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Ikom, Cross River State. The job is at a cake shop. Day-to-day duties: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate Part-time with flexible hours.
