Vacancy available: catering cook (Katsina State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Batsari, Katsina State. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
