Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Madison County, Alabama. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Day-to-day duties: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Six days a week, one day off.
