Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Ideally you have food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate; good teamwork and clear communication under pressure.
