Kitchen cook — Oshimili North

What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift 1+ years on the tools preferred.
