Trainee butcher • Fakai, Kebbi State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Fakai, Kebbi State. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Your main tasks: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
