You should have: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports The role involves measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
