What we are looking for: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day You will strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; insulate and ventilate the roof void; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses.
