Immediate opening: canteen cook (Oklahoma)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in Logan County, Oklahoma. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift.
