On the job you will handle: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
