Great opportunity: powder coating sprayer (Cross River State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Obubra, Cross River State. On a typical shift you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
