Tandoor cook wanted in Hanover County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Hanover County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
