Tandoor cook wanted in Harper County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Harper County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
