Immediate opening: we are hiring a room service attendant in Sitamarhi, State of Bihar. Ideally you have prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel; ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts. The role involves: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Clear and reset tables between covers • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
