Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
