You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Your main tasks: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
