Great opportunity: we are hiring a sausage maker in Waseca County, Minnesota. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Day-to-day duties: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
