We are recruiting: we are hiring a bar waiter in Teller County, Colorado. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts You will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; clear and reset tables between covers; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); greet guests, seat them and present the menu. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
