The role involves shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
