Paint booth operator wanted in Lipscomb County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Lipscomb County, Texas. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day to day you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
