Prep cook • Kaita, Katsina State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Kaita, Katsina State. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
