Laundry presser — Gashaka

We are recruiting: we are hiring a laundry presser in Gashaka, Taraba State. Day-to-day duties: • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Give each garment a final press before packing • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching You should have: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. ₦80,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
