Immediate opening: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Gwadabawa, Sokoto State. The job is at a civil contractor's yard. On a typical shift you will push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse. Ideal candidate: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
