Immediate opening: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Senapati, Manipur. The job is at a dealership paint shop. The role involves: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish You should bring sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners; comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE; keen attention to detail and a steady hand. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
