Confectioner wanted in Denton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Denton County, Texas. On a typical shift you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Part-time with flexible hours.
