The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 4+ years on the tools preferred.
