Bread baker wanted in Hudspeth County

Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Hudspeth County, Texas. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 2+ years on the tools preferred.
