Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Jema'A, Kaduna State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day to day you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
