Catering cook — Rotherham

Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Rotherham, England. Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
