Oven operator • Askira-Uba, Borno State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Askira-Uba, Borno State. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₦215,000 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
