The role involves mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
