Butcher wanted in McPherson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in McPherson County, Nebraska. You will work at a wholesale meat market. Day to day you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
