We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Obi, Benue State. On a typical shift you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
