You will torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates. You should have: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience Full-time with occasional weekends.
