Day to day you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Rotating shifts.
