Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Gulani, Yobe State. Your main tasks: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects ₦800 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
