The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
