Trainee butcher — Brazoria County

Now hiring: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Brazoria County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
