Immediate opening: we are hiring a sausage maker in Jefferson County, Ohio. You will work in a meat processing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
