Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day-to-day duties: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
