You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
