Now hiring: PVC profile cutter (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Irwin County, Georgia. You will work in the profile cutting and welding bay. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings The role involves: • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
